Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders my sometimes be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to deliver our products. The carriers may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. If applicable, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
